Chef Mike Visits Ambrosia!

Welcome back! You may notice that this week’s blog post looks a little different – fear not, our whirlwind tour of Ambrosia will continue soon, but for the next few weeks we wanted to serve up a delicious slice of Ambrosian cuisine for you to enjoy.

We have a very special guest, Gastronomy ambassador for Ambrosia and the wider country of Concordia, Chef Mike Haracz, joining us for the next few weeks, showcasing his kitchen prowess as he rustles up some mouth-watering dishes from all over Concordia.

The dishes on today’s menu include Smoked Giant Turtle, and Legendary Crab Cake, try not to drool as you watch Chef Mike’s video below.

Giant Turtle Butt and Jacket Potato Recipe

Erwin wood smoked giant turtle butt (smoked pork shoulder) served over an ethereal potato with BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, crispy breaded spider legs (crispy onion strings), and green onions

Legendary Crab Cake Recipe

A breaded and fried crab cake served with a seaweed salad and a spicy remoulade sauce.
