Braised Penguin Recipe

Braised penguin (beef short rib) stroganoff served over rice pasta with mushrooms and chopped fresh herbs.


Pan Seared Hipnofish Recipe

A pan seared lemon pepper hipnofish (salmon) fillet served with a mango salsa over coconut milk rice.
